New Toyota Highlander Suspension Lift?

G'day all,

Im thinking of purchasing a new shape Toyota Highlander (Kluger here in australia) and have been checking them out as they just arrived at my workplace today and Im impressed with them to say the least.

I was wondering if anybody there in the US of A makes suspension lifts for the new Highlander?

Im pretty sure I could fit 265/70x16 tyres with no lift and with a small lift of an inch to an inch and a half I could get 265/75x16's on it.

Ive checked sites like revtek, toytec and fabtech etc and they dont list anything so I thought somebody local might know something.

Thanks in advance.

:)

I do not know of any knowing Toyota, I am sure it shares a similar platform to another vehicle, maybe the Lexus RX? I would shoot toytec an e-mail and see if they know of any products that would fit. (sales@toyteclifts.com)

Let us know what you find out!

unibody, correct. I had a look today at the suspension and it is coil struts all the way around.

so I guess you could lift the car with longer coils but the strut design itself would limit any tyre increase bigger than half to three quarters of an inch diameter because of the strut where the base of the coil sits.

unless you went custom struts like Ive seen some trucks have from that Donahoe mob.

Toytec got back to me and they jkust forwarded my email to ARB australia, which I had already done anyway.
