Not Using Seat Belts, What To Do With Them

I took the bench seats out of my '98 E350 Clubwagon. Looking for suggestions as to what to do with the seat belts since I'm not using them.

Remove them? Sell them? Throw them out?

They are completely removable if that's what you're asking. Either a T50 or T55 holding them in (I can never remember), the shoulder belt/reel portion will be behind the trim and can be removed from behind, and the buckle portion is just bolted to the floor.

I also have a box full of seat belts from my ambo... they're kind of cool so I don't want to toss them, so I'm interested here too

I removed the buckle portion from the floor. I wasn't sure how the rest was removed. I'd like to take them out, but didn't want to ruin them if by chance I maybe wanted to use them again someday. Thanks for the info.

Yep, just be careful pulling the panels you can get new clips but its avoidable if you're careful. It'll kinda stay attached around the seat belt until you unbolt it. It'll be clear when you start taking it apart.
