And now it's mine for the bargain price of 2900$. Now how to get it back to Kansas when I'm stuck in Nashville for work.

It was a cool down room for firefighters.

Not even broken in.

Sadly the generator is gone. Could not get it to start with the undersized dead batteries that are in it. Looking into getting it shipped back to Kansas as I am tied up with work. If I had a week to screw around with it I'm pretty sure it would drive there without issue.

1988 Spartan, looks to be about 14' inside the box. Did not have tape measure. Interior height is about 75"
6BT
trans unknown auto at this point.
Radiator was dry and has suspect corrosion on some of the seams.
FWD yes, front wheel drive.
Airbag suspension all the way around. These are currently deflated and may have issues. It has dump valves on the dash so who knows if they are working.
Has 2" foam insulation all around the box.
has 6 brand new Goodyear tires on it. The spare looks original.
Regular hinged doors.
Side entry door right where it needs to be.

Plans are,
Replace V-drive gear box with a T-case. T600 Rockwell maybe. Depends on the trans.
Add at least 1 rear drive axle, 2 would be better but may not be realistic.
Extend the rear for more living space. Floor will be tapered to keep departure angles. May cut current back for better angles.
Solar panels and batteries. Maybe enough not to need a generator.
intercooler and turn the pump up a little. 160HP just does not sound fun in something this big.
Sound proofing around engine compartment.
Remove divider wall and start MoHo conversion.
Add some windows and a awning.

This is going to take a while, I have another project that I have to finish before starting this one. I wasn't going to buy something till the current project was done, but this thing was exactly what I was looking for body/motor wise and the price was more than right.
