Hi all!
I've posted elsewhere but just noticed this Power System sub-forum and figured it would be appropriate to post here as well.
My name is Matt and I've been around here for a while under the name Tacomedic. I've been building expedition style vehicles for the past 15 years and have always designed my own battery systems. Well, now I'd like to do it for everyone else too.
OFF-GRID ENGINEERING, LLC is a Colorado based company with a focus on building the most robust battery kits available, while maintaining the cleanest looking installations.
Currently, my focus is on building model-specific, battery trays for Toyota Trucks to compliment my fully custom wiring kits. However, I can build a wiring kit for ANY vehicle or trailer. You tell me where your batteries are and I do the rest.
My wiring kits feature:
-Blue Sea ML-ACR relays with custom harnesses and in-cab switches
-Custom made cables with your choice of 4, 2, or 1/0 AWG high strand count, american made welding cable. All cables are pre-terminated with hydraulically crimped aviation grade lugs, covered in Techflex cable wrap, and 3M marine grade, adhesive lined heat shrink.
-Mil-Spec terminals
-Circuit Protection with inline ANL fuses
-Fully labeled for easy installation
Even if you like to do all the work yourself, I can help you out. I source all the hard to find parts to build battery systems.
