Off-road in Utah

SOAZ

Tim and Kelsey get lost..
The trip starts here : http://soaztim.blogspot.com/2007/05/off-road-in-utah-day-i.html
and then you can navigate to the other days at the bottom of the page. Beautiful area. I can see how you could spend years exploring there.

Ah ha! There it is! Great report, Tim, and full of pictures, which is the way it should be! I'm partial to having the full-size pics instead of thumbnails as it's less work to view, but I guess high-speed isn't for everyone. I checked them all out, regardless. Cool stuff and glad to hear you had a great time. Like there was any doubt that you would have.

It sure didn't take you long putting this together. Some of us are going on a year and a half to put up a report from there.

Great write-up. Thanks for sharing the picts. We were up at Lake Powell this last summer on a houseboat. I love that lake. We explored on jet skis. Next time I'll be doing some off-road exploring. Enjoy

Thanks Darren! And thanks for the info ahead of time! As you can see we hit up some of the same areas.
I put it together quickly because I knew if I didn't do it right away I would never do it. You can also see how I wrote less and less as I went through it!
haha!

Oohhh! I would love to load up a boat and do some serious exploring of that lake. I remember houseboat trips as a kid that I would love to do again!
I see an future expo trip where we all rent a houseboat and check it out! Punctuated by some drinking and BBQing!

I did, a ton.. When I get a chance I'll post up pics and a write up.. It was an awesome trip, the Burr Trail that goes northeast from the ferry from the North side of the lake is just killer too.. Anyway, cheers!
