Picked up a 2005 Hawk...finally.
After months and months of looking.
Just a 9 hour drive from PDX to SF & back again.
Pretty stoked...sitting on a 1999 F250 Superduty 7.3.
Mileage down without then back with...only about 1.5 mpg difference.
Of course, a roof leak after the first wet night...reset & resealed all the roof screws.
Only 1 stripped out screw...fingers crossed.
Have it tarped currently...but thinking the current Areal Flood might be a good test!
Wired the 2-wire Marinco plug into the a 7 blade for the exiting receptacle.
A rivet was pulling on the rear lift panel which I was able to replace...barely.
Next up...in no particular order:
Roof rack
Lift struts
Hot water heater check (never used apparently)
Rigging an ARB rear awning
Front & rear cam install
Fitting everything inside & out
