Ome Shock Absorbers

Your question is somewhat vague. What exactly do you want to know?
Many people replace the OEM shocks when they upgrade their suspension. Not because the OEM ones are no good, but because they are no longer fit for purpose.

OME.....
"Original Manufacture Equipment".
or
"Old Man Emu" which in Oz, used to be manufactured by Monroe in Adelaide and were the same as a Monroe product with small modifications and were considered a better product. No idea if this is still the case, or not.....
My only experience with these was 30 years ago when I fitted a set to an F350 4WD camper and headed across the Gunbarrel Highway. They faded on the corrugations very quickly, I later returned them and got my money back.

For the OKA, I use either the original Monroe fitted dampers (which are now from the USA) or a Powerdown product (which is made in Mexico) that I quite like.
Cheers,

My suspension is going to be raised by about 5 cm, and I want to change the shock absorbers. If I could, I would get KING, but they are too expensive for me and I can buy OME at a discount. Is this the reason for my question?

If your suspension travel is also going to increase as part of the lift, then you need to consider the maximum stroke length of the OEM shocks.
This is why I said that the OEM shocks may no longer be fit for purpose.

Si el recorrido de la suspensión también va a aumentar como parte de la elevación, entonces deberá considerar la longitud máxima de carrera de los amortiguadores OEM.
Por eso dije que los amortiguadores OEM tal vez ya no sean aptos para este propósito.
I keep this in mind, I asked here because it is an Australian brand, in case any of my colleagues had experience with them

Is it really OME for equipment from the manufacturer in Australia? In the US the standard is OEM. Same words for each letter.
