As stated, I have only used this tent once and I didn't fit so well. It was usable, but Im 6'4 and admittedly I am too tall for it. Someone 6' or smaller should have no issues though.
I kept this tent around for the rare occasions that someone would go with me that didn't have a good backpacking tent, but it was never used for that purpose or any others since its first overnight outing in the Los Padres forrest.
If you are used to a Bivy, you will be happy in this, and it won't weigh you down. A lot more room and comfort, but not as much as a full size tent. Less than 3lbs of weight (2.8lbs with tent, fly, stakes and poles) for a great little ultralight. Also a great tent for the moto peeps that have to pack everything on a bike.
