Opinions on Ironman4x4 front bumpers?

A dealer has them at 20% off right now, so I am thinking of picking one up for my 2000 LX470. Anyone know if it will fit my Warn M12000 winch? I couldn't find that info on the dealers website, or on Ironman4x4's website. Anyone have an opinion on them? When I searched, I found one person who said he thought they were flimsy and preferred ARB. Thoughts?

I haven't seen too many Ironman front bumpers. Slee makes the best looking one IMO, but it's not cheap. Other reputable options include ARB, AOE, 4x4 labs (not sure how many have 100 series variants as I typically look for the 80 stuff). When you decide on sliders, make sure to check out White Knuckle in Apple Valley as they make some of the best IMO and they're local.

AXS Offroad has them. He isn't sure if it will fit a Warn M12000. The problem is, these winches need to be front mounted, not bottom mounted.
