Excellent condition, everything works as intended/designed; only selling to buy a larger hard sided trailer which my wife/daughters have requested.

The Opus Air Annex is included.

From photos doesn’t look like it has a water heater or shower tent, is that correct?

Did this unit come with the DCDC charger?

Solar?

Fridge Included? If so which size and model?

Does it have either the propane furnace or AC?

Sounds like you have the air annex, do you also have the air or pole awning?

any idea on mileage on the trailer?

Model year: 2019

No hot water heater, no shower

Did this unit come with the DCDC charger?
It comes with the factory battery system charger.

Solar?
I use a goal zero system, which I am keeping.

Fridge Included? If so which size and model?
Yes, 50-qt. Dometic

Does it have either the propane furnace or AC?
It has propane for stove, furnace is heat pump (electric) [NO AC]

Sounds like you have the air annex, do you also have the air or pole awning?
I do not have the awning, it is redundant when you have an air annex.

any idea on mileage on the trailer?
I would say around 700.
