We are having a great time at Overland Expo West. Yesterday we purchased a new Adventure truck. It goes back to Missouri for a few add ons. Once its ready we fly back from Los Angeles and have a week of training then start on our first adventure going back to California.

Tires are Goodyear G275 335/80R20. Gearing 4:88. No lockers.
I really like these things. Smart and efficient layout and a decent price tag. I just wish the pass-thru was bigger. The dodge ram regular cab is one of the chassis that can be cut along the top roof to make a big pass thru opening (See: Itasca 4x4 dodge ram Class C). Other than that, perfect.
We pick up our Adventure Truck the week of June 9th. Then we will heading up from Springfield MO thru Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota to the Black hills, then head down towards Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona then home to California. Going to be a great first trip! Approx 2850 miles ! Anybody have any must see, do or drive input for our first Adventure?

When you head towards Colorado from the Black Hills, swing through Vedauwoo, WY for a hike in amongst the rock climbs. Nice place.
A few pictures from picking up our new Adventure truck in Missouri and the drive home to Southern California. Missouri, Kansas, South Dekota, Wyoming, Utah, Arizona, Nevada then home to Southern California.
