Partner Steel Stove to Ignik Gas Growler (Hose Compatibility)

I have a dual burner Partner Steel Stove and an Ignik Gas Growler X-Comp.

The hose provided with the stove does not connect to the fuel tank, and the hose provided with the fuel tank is incompatible with the stove.

Any suggestions on a pre-made hose that is compatible with both, or where I can have one made?

Thanks!

The Ignik has what's called a QCC1 "Acme" tank connector. (The other end mimics a disposable bottle and is intended to screw in to the small "hard-pipe" regulators that come on coleman stoves, etc. - this delivers full tank pressure into the stove's regulator.)
The Regulator from the Partner hose has what's called a "Prest-o-lite" (or "POL") tank fitting. The regulator delivers low pressure to the stove.

Unless you want to replace the regulator in the Partner hose, your best bet is to find a "female POL" to "male QCC1" adapter and screw it onto the tank, then use the existing Partner hose.

EDIT: Alternatively, if the input of the regulator has a NPT thread (can't tell from your first photo), then you can use something like this and just replace the tank-fitting on the regulator:
