Plastic bags versus something more sophisticated

Have been using plastic or garbage bags to store stuff in for years but the time has come to upgrade.

Found these dry sacks online at a good price but was wondering if anyone had seen anything better anywhere.

Those are not very big.. I have a bunch of those for inside my bugout bag. They are good bags, that said you can get them at Walmart for ~$9 a set.
