I did enjoy, a beautiful spot. Very cool pan.

I liked the 'Landing in Salt Lake City' too.

Very interesting work, with a still-frame camera.

That was really wonderful.

Thanks for posting it.

What software do you use, to create the video?

My workflow for timelapse is this:

Camera: Nikon D2x or D1x...whichever I have with me...shooting small-ish .jpgs
Software: Image scrubbing (initial processing) with Lightroom. Processing into .mov file with QuickTime Pro. Editing into images/titles/sound with iMovie.

Simple and crude, but it seems to work for now.

Very cool man. I have to say partly because of your passion for the GSL, I have gained a very deep appreciation for it as well. Something about it intrigues more and more, I just can't put my finger on what.

Don't try too hard. It might ruin the magic. Thanks for the kind words.

So whats Charlie's story?

Charles is another local photographer who shoots out on the lake. He's developed a little 'following' of people who try to go out and discover the places where he goes and shoots. So, 'Charles' Secret Spot' is a play on his goal to keep his locations secret. Tongue-in-cheek is all...

Ah very good. I didn't know if he was some old hermit that lived near there in a van :D
