PLB40 charging, solar + vehicle at the same time?

Hi, First post here, did a search but couldn't find the answer.

I just bought a Dometic PLB40 battery to power my fridge (CFX3 45l)

Currently running it from my switched 12v socket in the back of my 4runner however I'd like to add a solar panel to supplement as I have a few trips planned where the vehicle won't move much for a few days at a time. There is only one anderson power input socket on the PLB40, is it as simple as getting a 2 into 1 anderson adaptor (or goal zero 4 into 1 adaptor) and plugging both in?
Want to avoid having to manually change the charging cables.
Any advice from people who have done similar is much appreciated.

The PLB will charge fast from your Vehicles 12v Cigar socket and if the socket is live 24/7 it will give you the power reserve of both your vehicle battery and the PLB, You need a 120w Panel for the PLB and plug it direct in to the Anderson Socket and thats all it needs.

The PLB comes with the lead to connect the 12v Cigar socket to the Anderson socket on the back of the PLB, You just need to make up an MC4 to Anderson Lead Or buy One, The wall charger is pretty quick and so is using the 12v to Anderson Lead while driving so there is no reason why the Solar panel should not be just as quick,
