Here is what I decided to do with my M-416. I mounted the 2.8 gpm pump on the bottom of the box I built for my trailer. I used two screw clamps to hold it in place thru the expanded metal. I do not really like where I mounted the pump due to the exposure to the elements. I am still looking for some kind of an enclosure to put the pump in. I used the wye to take the flow to my hose and faucet.
I drilled a hole thru the flat part, in front of the fender and placed a quick connect fitting for the hose. This way if I want to hook up a sink at a later time all I have to get is the quick connect fittings. Here is a shot of the hose and faucet. I also placed a filler cap that goes directly into the 19 gal water tank which makes filling really easy.
I saw pictures here on expo of the Conquer Trailers in which they placed the water pump in the tounge box, along with all the electrical components. I am confused why they would do that?
