Use to be a pop up owner with a 1987? fwc fleet on my 98 taco, loved that thing to peices (literally) Loved you could sleep sideways and still turn on the stove for am expresso and pretty weatherproof, wife and I spent 6 months traveling around one winter and than mutiple trips after that.... mostly in fall and winter hunting and skiing..... always liked this site but haven't posted a whole lot, love the idea of expedition vehicles and find that my little toyota is pretty darn tough and chain that puppy up and that little stock truck gets it done. enjoy some pics

resting spot for my little fleet was hunting camp coastal bc by williams lake.. fitting as to how many times it had served as hunting camp... the moist AK really was a little too much for the pop up. as we usually camper in the fall and winter in nasty weather we decided to try out a hard shell, the northern lite 6"10' fit the bill with inch to 1.5 inch blue board around the whole thing, light and nice.... but still miss the pop up... would pick another one up for the right price... never too many campers

We hope to join in the pop-up camper life soon. We have three dogs and a 3 month old baby though. I think we may leave a couple of the pups behind for big trips though. Thanks for sharing!

^^^^I've got a real small pop up, designed for mini trucks, 6' bed length and narrower than a full size model, we can squeeze 2 Boxer dogs and our 5 year old grandson in our camper. It would suck to be stuck in it during crappy weather, but tolerable when just used for sleeping.

Put me in the loop for a fixer upper for a f-150 with a 6t bed... passed on one this winter to much water damage.

How is the handling if you get one for an 8ft bed and try and pull a heavy boat?

Nice hardside. Can you stand upright in it?
