I have that model with similar modifications and yes, it does quite well offroad
Happy to climb with low-gearing. Just needs more ground clearance than standard.

I cut the front bumper up to the steel beem. Because the plastic goes everywhere when it gets hit. The worst is when you need to reverse while in sand.
