Power for a fantastic fan

I have a 99 Northstar TC 800 and want to replace the stock roof vent over the range with a fantastic fan. There is a 12 volt wire stubbed in at the opening but it is not hot. Where is that fed from so I can connect it.

Don't you have a fuze box in the camper? I'd look there first.
