23Zero tent(Walkabout model) and off-road trailer with rooftop tent and storage compartments. This includes a 23 Zero Awning (270) and awning walls. It includes Vaast water storage containers. Includes a 10lb propane tank mount(not tank). Will include Joolca hot water heater Nomad System(Only used to test).(Also including mount for Joolca - new in box) The trailer was manufactured by Four Leaf Clover Fab trailers in California. Tent includes annex. Trailer has been kept in my garage except for camping.(Very little wear as I only camped in placed near Albuquerque - less than 4k miles on tires) Please email or message with any questions. Does the tent and awning lower for transit? It looks like you have heim joints and struts on there?

It can lower for transit. I have no idea what heim joints and struts are. I used this with my husband and he passed away last year. It is too much for me to handle by myself. Please feel free to make an offer if you are interested. It has just sat in my garage for the last year and a half and will continue to do so until someone gives it a new home. Hello…any rips or tears in tent or awning? All zippers complete and functional?
Is the trailer on leaf springs or just solid axle?
Trailer have brakes and are tires in good condition.

I am not sure about the leaf springs. I can take a phone of the bottom. It definitely has trailer brakes. The tires are in awesome shape. We did not use it tons and only trips close by. I can take a close up of the tires, if you would like. I will message you my cell. Feel free to text me.
