Price Field Office Comment Period (ends 12/13/07)

Right now the Moab F.O. is getting all the attention (which is fine, today is the period end, get out those emails!). But the BLM Price Field Office comment period for the San Rafael area is ending on 12/13/2007. Need to write another letter, people.

This is more so a concern if you are moto or MTB person, as it covers the Temple singletrack trails. This would be Five Miles of Hell, Red Trail, Orange Trail, Blue and Green Trails, Devil's Race Track, Eva Conover, Eagle Canyon, Behind the Reef, Chimney Rock. I have not had a chance to get out there and this would be a big disappointment if they were closed.

The U4WDA will be hosting another "letter writing" party in SLC for this RMP as well as the Kanab RMP. 12/18 @ LHM Jeep in Sandy. I'll have ALOT of RMP info on both of these isses, firsthand from our local clubs in the area. We (U4WDA) will also have some information on our website as soon as it is available. There are public comment meetings for the Kanab & Price RMP's coming up here in SLC (next week), we will have a couple dozen advocates @ each!

My bad... the Kanab/Vernal "comment" party is 12/18. We are going to do Price comments immediately following the comment meeting on the 12th... I had to look at my notes

The Monticello/Richfield meeting is TBA
