Custom camper built by Pheonix Camper finished in early 2023. Our family used this as a Basecamp of sorts to help us establish our farm and house on raw land. Now that our home is done its time to sadly close this chapter as inflation is causing us to sell our beloved Camper. It has all of the Bells and whistles you could really ask for including a dry bath which my wife loved how it functioned with our 2 kids. It would also be just about perfection for couple wanting to go on some awesome exploration adventures together. The dinette table drops down and turns into a huge platform that connects the 2 bench seats(easily sleeping 2 adults) as well as the bench seating on the bathroom side turns into bunk beds for the kiddos. you can still have another kid on the other side so easily sleep 4 adult or 3kids+2adults. Normal light wear nothing crazy there is damage on the front door from a table flipping and hitting in a wind storm doest affect usability or waterseal. Taken care of very well as it was our basecamp for the better part of a year. Included in the specs sheet is all of our add-ons. It was purposely designed to be mounted on a large wide commercial flatbed(Knaphiede jr hauler 12ft) I am willing to sell the flatbed or/and the truck(17k miles) along with the camper. I do believe this would make it easier when it comes to mounting/travel it could be a bit tricky to find the proper vehicle, as you would want a truck with a 84inch cab to axle to handle the length of the camper better. The F450 has a payload plus package giving it a GVWR of 16.5k. With the flat bed on the truck, my tools and wooden side rails its curb weight is 10.5k so there's plenty of room for the camper in the payload. We towed heavy a few times with camper attached getting fencing supplies to our property at 5000ft elevation and the truck did fantastic. the camper weighs 2000# from the manufacturer but it will probably never be that light again. It would be hard to list everything from the camper, truck and flatbed. Refer to images with spec sheets. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions I will answer back as fast as possible.

$70,000camper $59,500 truck
The combo is negotiable

A earthroamer without the bumper and suspension/wheels add ons for less then half the price

We would love to see this go to a young family or any couple ready to explore!!!

A beautiful rig, fairly priced! If this was in my budget I'd snag it up in a heartbeat.

The dropdown bunk in the dining area is on the plans for my dream rig, too. Well done!

I'll be posting more pictures as we clear out our gear and whatnot. Camper pics are cabover storage, bunkbed storage and kitchen storage(2 cabinets of that size). Car seats were just taken out so back seats should puff out a bit more. Price is very negotiable as we are motivated to sell. We could really use a tractor and more infrastructure for our growing farm.

68 gallons fresh water and two gray tanks one for kitchen and one for bathroom. Truma propane heater, and a 10 gallon propane water heater that is a absolute beast kept hot water for 2 adults and 2 kids showering after each other. We were mindful of hot water but also enjoyed our showers very much, just don't get wasteful and leave the water on like your showering normal

Absolutely gorgeous rig and a screaming deal for somebody. Maybe the best deal on Expo right now. GLWTS! Is this a gasser or diesel?
It's a gasser I've really enjoyed the performance of the 7.3 paired with ford's 10 speed transmission. I forgot to mention she's Rollin on some toyo m608 tires. I like them alot great in cold temperatures. Towed a trailer and some goats on the flatbed in a livestock box through the mountain pass near Austin nevada in mid January. Truck performed amazing.

GLWS. Honestly...while not our cup of tea for the dirt-focused travel we do, this would be absolutely perfect if/when we end up buying a swath of land vs. something with a house on it in the next year or two. Precisely what it was built for, apparently! You're selling it a year or two too early, though :cautious:. Very, very well thought out. I love the use of every square inch for storage and access.

Ya the storage is hilariously immense we fit 4 months of dry and canned food in the under dinette cabinet. Plenty of room for smaller kitchen appliances like hand blender in the overhead kitchen storage. Pull out drawer next to the fridge was perfect for light weight snacks. There is even a little cabinet across from the fridge for even more room. I have faith that when it comes time for you to find your rig for prospecting and building your property you will be able to find the one that fits for your needs!! I attached a bunch of pictures of our life/adventures on the way to building our house. Starting from raw land with a generator, well and camper to our current situation which id say house is 90% complete. FYI San Rafael Valley in Santa cruz county AZ is a absolute hidden gem of the desert, some of the random nature pics are out there.
