Propex hs2000 expectations

What should be my expectations with a propex hs2000 for heating a van that's been left out in -10F/-25C temps for the day? How long would it take for that space to heat up enough to take the down jacket off?

During original testing of the HS2000 I heater a full size truck with a Wildernest on it from 30'F to 60'F in twenty minutes.
