Quality of spare parts?

I am doing a 100k service and tune up of my 2004 Xterra. I was wondering if you guys had any experience with the different brands sold by rockauto. Specifically I am looking at the dayco kit with all the seals and water pump vs. the aisin kit with water pump and then ordering the cam seals on the side.

I know how to do the work - just wondering if there has been a collective learned wisdom on which parts are crap or which are better quality.

I ordered a lot of parts from Rock Auto when I did the head gaskets on my '01 Xterra. If i remember correctly, I put the Aisin water pump in there. No problems with any of it a year later.
