Ok i have a 1995 E 350 PSD 4x4 Van i put on 2003 Doors on it and they were all just plug and play. speakers all worked perfect and all the door locks fire from both the passenger and drivers side switchs.
EXcept the right Side barn door. its speaker works but the lock acuator wont even make a clicking noise.

TEST 1 I took the lock acuator thing out pluged it into the back door it works perfect there. so acuator motor is fine.
Then i pluged it back in the barn door just hanging loose.

Test 2 check that when i hit the door lock switch the pink and red wire gets power right thru to the lock YES!
Test 3 check the power gets to the other orange and i think black wire when i use the door switch YES !
Theres only two big wires going to the door acuator from the wireing plugs at the right front side of the Van.
both get power alternetly as the door lock switch is used.

Im stumped as to why it seems the lock is getting power from the switch yet is not woking. i dont see a ground wire anywhere and am not 100% sure how the power and door lock switch work together.

I can live with the one door not locking with power but if theres something im missing i could use some help.
I looked on the net for hours but could not find anyone with this same problem ?

I know nothing about your particular door locks. If I had to guess on wiring, one wire is lock, one is unlock, and the body is grounded.

1) does the actuator have a metal body? If so, you can connect it to the negative battery terminal with your jumper cables.

2) does the wiring at the back door work the same?

3) 9 times out if 10, electrical problems are ground related.

4) what happens if you plug the rear door actuator in at the side?

Thanks for takeing the time to reply.
I solved the problem i just took two wires like jumper cables from the passengers door lock wires that works and jumped accross all them joiner plugs beside the door to the same colour wires that go to the Lock in the side door .
Two pieces of wire 12 inchs long one from eash wire colour coeded and it now works perfect with the door lock switchs.
I figgered this out looking at the shop manuel wireing dia.
Anyway seems to work fine the lock lifts and locks just like the front lock.
i guess there was something wrong in the joiner plugs.
im guessing it was not getting the ground signal the way the other locks do.
Anyway im happy as im haveing and alarm with key fob auto locks installed next week so good to have all 4 doors locking now.
