Questions on things to look for on an 02 LC

Hopefully soon, Ill be joining the hundy family. I'm looking at a few 2002 Land Cruisers with between 120k to 140k miles. This would be my first, to be used for my wife's DD (about 5 miles a day) and my overlanding vehicle (think 500-2000 mile drives on varying terrain, but not crawling).

Could anyone offer some advice on what to look for on the 100 series? I have 180k on my 02 Tundra and I'm a fan of that entire platform due to the reliability.

Has the timing belt been done? Water pump? CV boot condition? Park brake operating? Power seats and windows all working? Rust on frame, rust at body? Ball joints?
