Quick release mounts for roof top tent - Has anyone had any experience with a quick release mount for a hardshell/clamshell tent? PICS INCLUDED

I have a chinese RTT thats one of the 84x54" clamshell style tents. Besides the part where it weighs a metric ton, its been a nice tent.

I have it mounted to my Offroad Animal Rack on my WK2 Trailhawk and with the lack of access, I am unable to secure the center section of the tent so it bounces and makes a racket! I was looking at some quick release options to raise it up and alleviate that issue.

The other stupid issue is that the tent is mounted crocked due to the narrowing of the roof rack (rear is narrower than the front) and the ORA awning mounts do not account for it.

That looks like a Topoak tent? That’s what I have mounted on a Prinsu rack. I keep mine permanently mounted on two of the rack rails and just lower it into place and install the screws for the rails about 10 minutes by myself, leave it hanging in my garage. Have you tried a piece of rubber gasket material wedged in there?
