Some cameras and most software can convert your pics to B&W.

So post them up!

Hers a few random Photos I have done.
The first 2 I used Infra red mode.

Are you looking for actual panchromatic B&W? I'm about 50/50 B&W/color. Here are a few random ones.

While I had my photo bucket account open, posting some of my very ordinary sunset photos, I thought I would share a few b&w pics and couldn't find a thread to post them to so I started this one (sorry if I missed one that was already started).
Its great to see people still doing b&w's I think since digital has come along people have sadly forgotten about that stile of photography, which I think is a big shame.
Some photos definitely look better in b&w, and with soft ware today it is easily done. Look at Telescooby shot of the woods, it works so well couldn't even imagine it in colour, and jeffryscott's land rover is much more dramatic done in b&w.
BTW I am glad your still doing 50/50 and hope you can post some more of your terrific pictures.

On my recent trip to the Inyo Mtns my daughter took this shot of the Sierras out the (cracked) window of the old Burgess Mine Co. shack

I play around with B&W a little in my digital darkroom. I do like the mood B&W sets for certain photos. A few from my files....

I just got a Nikon D40 as a graduation present a few weeks ago and have found that i really like the black and white/ sepia photos. These were a few from my cabin this weekend. Standard D40 w/ original lens and a UV filter. Any advice on how to improve is welcome.
