Rear Window Frame Repair

I have a color matched Astro topper on the Tundra I recently purchased. It's great except for one thing, the rear window frame is coming off on the drivers side. It looks like its installed by just pressing the two sides of the frame around the fiberglass. I removed all the screws and tried to refit it but it seems like there isn't enough pressure to keep the frame in place.

Here's a few picture of how the frame sits. (It's only coming off on the driver side, the passenger side seems fine.)

And here is what it looks like when pressed in.

Any ideas? I thought about putting a bolt through the frame and the fiberglass but I think the bolt will just rip through the fiberglass or I'll crack it while drilling.

Anyone have any ideas on this? I don't know what else to try to get the frame to stay in place.

Well my dose not have a frame at the rear but my front dose have one. I replace it the frame have screw all the way around. It is made of two frame one inner and outer. the screws are screwed into the frame in both frame not the fiberglass.

One other thing you might check into is whether the topper and/or the bed has spread. Sometimes the topper is not aligned properly on the bed or the bed itself may have spread just a little with age.
If the topper only, you may gain enough to reattach the frame by adjusting the mounting of the topper. Even an apparently insignificant amount of the base rails being skewed 0.25" might make the difference.

I never thought of that, I will try to reset it on the bed rails this weekend. I'm also going to try removing the entire frame so I can inspect it. I'm thinking there might be some kind of damage on the drivers side.
