Recommendation on Bed Bar Height

Hi everyone , I am getting some bed bars fabricated for my first gen Tacoma I was thinking of going with a 15” height for my bars , and having them round , but wanted to get people’s opinions on the height and shape. Thanks.

This is what I went with. Not bed bars, but you can get an idea of the height, which is roughly 3” below the cab height, which has worked out fine for me. I able to maintain enough useable bed space below the top rack line, which for me is kind of a big deal. Hope this helps.
