Recommendations on OME/BJ spacers

I am hoping to have my new, used bumper installed in the next month or so. My truck already has a rake with the front end being lower than the rear. I have decided to put some OME shocks and BJ spacers up front to help compensate for the already lower ride height and extra weight of the bumper.

Wondering where folks recommend purchasing both the OME and BJ spacers from? Should I replace the ball joints while I'm at it?

Also, I measured my truck at the four wheels yesterday from the ground up to the fender....

-passenger front= 35 3/8"
-passenger rear= 36 3/4"
-driver front= 35 1/4"
-driver rear= 36"

When I bought the truck it sat lower on the driver side. I thought once I replaced the shocks and springs that it would correct itself. It did not. The measurements above are even with more weight on the passenger side in the bed. I can't figure out why the truck sits with a list to port like it does. Has anyone experienced this and what was done to correct it?

Thanks again everyone.

Edit*: oh yeah, the truck is my '94 hilux. sorry 'bout that.

you didn't say what kind of truck so im going to assume it your 3rd gen hilux, 4crawler.com sell a b/j spacer and a few other thing for theses trucks, my truck has the the same lift. also try cranking up your torsion bars as that will lift your truck also, but don't go too far, too far just makes it more stiffer.
