references for Mountain Rovers Please

I am considering buying a rover from this company:

They seem to have plenty of series 11a 3 door rovers in stock.
I was advised to not buy an imported rover as they are invariably are rust buckets and unloved by previous owners, but, their prices are right and I intend on restoring it myself as a project.

Of course there is a most excellent rover posted for sale here on this forum, so I am undecided.
Any advice is appreciated

If you're going to restore it, 10k is too much to spend on the base vehicle.

Can't help on the references.

Thanks for telling me a good baseline of money to start with. Rovers seem to be overvalued for the age and condition most of them are in.
