Apple has lowered the price of the refurbished iPad2 with 16GB flash memory to $319. this is the WiFi model, so you 'll need an external GPS receiver for in-vehicle navigation. Add tax for your state. Delivery is free. Apple refurbs have a new case and battery. Apple has a two week return policy for refurbs.

I purchased a refurb'd 64G 3G iPad2 on the 1st. It arrived from China on the 3rd! Pretty impressive shipping if I do say so myself and it works like a charm to boot.
