I absolutely don't doubt you but I wonder how a French Dakar team support truck ends up in La Jolla. Even if EVR is now tapping into U.S. expertise with offices here, the thing still has to move around here. So maybe it's got French registration?

Yes it shows EU plates on it. I saw a lot of these trucks in Haiti after the earthquake with the French troops there - although it was a military version - it looked very similar. Well built truck.
