Your best bet if you really want good performance is a set of xl sealed beam mounts and bezels. Throw in a set of hella or cibie e code housings and a good set of (legal) bulbs and you’ll be set. Not as fancy as trying to engineer your own projector solution but the results are proven, legal, and safe!
