Hi Everyone,

I have 2006 RAM 3500 up for sale with 218k km original milage.
Registered as a Motorhome with full manufacturers GVWR in Ontario (passenger plates, no CVOR)

Last year of the legendary, no emissions, hard to kill smooth running forever 24V 5.9 Cummins engine installed in RAM trucks.
This 24 valve 5.9 is coupled with New Process Gear 271D manual transfer case and Mercedes G56 6-speed manual transmission.

It is bullet proof, fully restored and upgraded truck in better than new condition.

It has been converted to TOYO M608z 19.5 inch wheels with singles on rears. It is now “cab and chassis” and prepared for a “flat bed camper” install.

Unfortunately, life wrote a different scenario for me, and it is now up for sale.

Asking $45k CAD

The truck is in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Anyone interested please contact me on priv. and I will send you a prospectus with detailed restoration and upgrades listing with a lot of pictures.

Thanks,
Peter

You say restored it. Is that cosmetic, like new paint, or you pulled the engine and transmission and rebuilt them? Are any U.S. DOT / NHTSA / EPA stickers in either the engine bay or driver-side door jamb? What are the listed weights for the truck from the OEM? The distance from rear of the cab to the axle is 60 inches? The total length of truck? Engine tuner?

The whole truck was taken apart to the last bolt. Cleaned, POR-15 treated and painted. All needed to be replaced was replaced on cab and chassis. The whole drive train was also disassembled, evaluated and repaired as needed. This was a running truck with very healthy engine and the rest of the drive train. No blow by, no oil consumption, no engine noises. The engine got new clutch, crank shaft seals, all gaskets, CP3 pump, water pump, ARP head studs, Banks ram and cold air intake, Frantz filter and many more. I was doing this for myself!! This is a Canadian vehicle and it has Transport Canada label on driver door as well as all other labels on the engine and engine bay as applied at the time of manufacturing. It 60 inch CA. GVWR is 12,200 lbs / 5,534 kg.
I installed EDGE tuner more for display than for tuning. Never wanted to race it as an expedition camper. It has EGT probe, low side fuel pressure and oil pressure transducers for real readout.

If all the above gets your attention, let me know where you want me to send you the whole write up in PDF.
