I have a Rhino Rack Batwing but no mounting brackets for it. I can pick up a set of Foxwing Brackets (part number 43100) for $40 or Batwing Brackets for $56-60 (part number 43259). The brackets look identical. Does anyone know if there are differences between the two that I should be aware of?

From what I remember, the Foxwing bracket and Batwing brackets are the same dimensions. The Batwing bracket, #43259 has a smooth finish and less holes drilled meant to fit specific to the Batwing. The Foxwing #43100 has a rough finish and a few extra holes drilled.
