Roll down metal blinds

I'm working on a trailer project and I'm in search of some roll down security blinds. But I can't really find any that will work for my needs, and I'm not sure what they are even called.

So does anyone know where I can source the retractable covers like those shown in the photo, and does anyone know the correct title for that type of part?

Little more info on the trailer might help - manufactuer, model, purpose, etc.? Looks military, with the pintle ring and elec. connector, but not familiar with it. Is this something you've seen in person? Wondering if the blinds are water-tight. Curious black thing on the other side at the top too. Got other pics? If you're building anything like this, I'm interested!
