I bought a used CVT mt ranger tent and am about to mount it to my roof rack. Is there a certain distance the roof cross bars should be apart? I can't find anything on Cvt site and don't have manual. Should I divide the footprint in 1/3's to have even amounts in between and overhanging or closer to the ends of the tent and more gap in the middle? Maybe it doesn't matter.
