Roof top aircon

I am looking to put rooftop ac on our 4x4 Mitsubishi ex army ambulance camper.Would like be able to run on either 24volt or 240 volt under 2kwatts to keep gennie down to 2kva if possible.Camper volume is only small so ac need not be of any great capacity. Any help on this would be great.

The Dometic Penguin II is a pretty good option as far as slim line. You can run it off of a 2K watt generator if you install a MicroAir Soft Start. I have two on my airstream and can run the AC from a 15 amp circuit or one of them from a Honda EU2000i or two of them from two Honda's in parallel. Prior to the soft start installation, I couldn't even get one to run on a 2000 Geni.
