Roofnest/CVT style aluminum cased roof top tent + extras

A guy local to me had planned on stating his own RTT company (HAUS), but then COVID happened. He found the manufacturer for CVT/Roofnest aluminum cased RTTs and designed this one. It came with the 4Runner we just purchased, and it's too small for us. Here are the specs:
Interior: 82"x48"
Exterior: 85"x51"x6.29" (without the added rack/rails) (SUPER low profile)
Weight: 137 lbs
Tested weight support is 720 lbs

Includes a 2/3 roof rack and two cross bars. This tent is made with the nice, thick (I think waxed) canvas. It has a 4" thick memory foam mattress inside. Comes with a ladder. It also has mounting channels all around the bottom perimeter for stuff like lights. The lights you see in the photos are NOT included with the tent. This is only the tent, cross bars, and 2/3 rack.

This tent has been used less than 5 times. It smells and looks brand new.

Located in North San Diego County. Local pickup only. Asking $3500 $2500 OBO.

Does this have enough space inside to leave the pillows and blankets inside?

Also, another off topic question. What is the spare wheel swing away holder that you have? It looks awesome! Very nice rig by the way.

Thanks the bumper is an expedition one. You may be able to squeeze a blanket in there if it lay flat. Pillows I highly doubt it but if you get a camping pillow that you can push all the air out of it may be possible.

Can you let me know how it's being mounted? Maybe a close up picture of the mounting feet? I have a Tacoma with a bed rack that I'm trying to see if it will work with this.

It's a custom mount/rail setup done by a guy in the LA area. I don't have any up close photos right now.

Good move. I'm glad you were able to get rid of it. It probably would have leaked and ruined a trip or two eventually. This style tent that CVT/Roofnest and a number of other US based companies have "designed" appears to be just a cheap Chinese tent you can get on Alibaba. But with a 150-200% mark up for some branding on the tent.
