RTT-Tent replacement?

Has anyone taken their RTT to an upholstery shop to have the fabric part of the tent replaced?

I have a Autohome Columbus that's starting to show some wear.
I would like to have the tent body replaced, seems like an upholstery shop could un-clip the body of the tent and use it as a template to make a new tent.
Mine is an older version and doesn't even have inside pockets for storage at night, which I would like to upgrade at the same time, along with new screens & zippers.

You might also look at a company that does marine upholstery and the like. Years ago we had Skyway Canvas make a new snap on cover for our aging tent trailer . They also patched the worn sections of the tent itself.The work wasn't cheap but very well done and gave us several more years of use before it was replaced.
