RTT won’t open all the way!

Camping challenge! We’re out in the woods in Northern Wisco and RTT is not happy.

Smittybilt RTT, couple years old. Won’t open all the way (base halves will not interlock. Image below is as far as it will go. Not seeing any obstructions.

Pull your poles all the way into the corners of the material at the top? Something is too tight across the top.
