RV winch/boom

Hi I am looking for a RV winch/boom system to buy to lift heavier stuff onto the top of my RV. Is there anything for sale like this?

Not the greatest, but does give you ideas. You don't really have any solid mounting points on most RV roofs.

Man, given how the average RV is built I would be VERY careful how I mounted ANYTHING and how much it was used.
