I have an idea for a project gun. It will be based on a full sized S&W M&P 45.
But only if I can get EXACTLY what I want - which is NO external safety and NO internal lock.
I've been on S&W's web site. It's obvious that some M&P 45s have the safety and some don't. And from looking at their manual online, it's also obvious that some M&Ps come with the internal lock and some don't.
What I can't tell from the website is whether I can get a model with neither.
I know I can stop by my local gun shop and have em call S&W to inquire, but I can't actually place an order until my tax refund comes back. In the meantime, I was wondering if anyone here has such a S&W?
