We've owned this for 27 years and are not using it enough. It needs to go.

1968 109 series IIa Land Rover Dormobile

Runs, drives, and stops, needs some tidying up of wires and fuel tanks & lines need to be cleaned. stored indoors and not used in Winter.

Engine: Mid seventies Chevy straight six 250 with weber carb (“Scottys” conversion)

Fuel: Gas, 3 tanks with electric valving and switching

Tranny/transfer case: Stock 4 speed manual gearbox with 2 speed transfer case

Rear axle: Heavy duty Salisbury

Overdrive: New Fairy Overdrive installed many years ago but with very few miles

Suspension: New 2 years ago very few miles

Wiring: Painless wiring system installed several years ago – very few miles. Modern fuses with plenty of extra circuits

Interior: Original wardrobe, cooktop/sink, seats, bunks and toilet. Upholstery was replaced (not stock) years ago but is in very good condition, curtains somewhat tattered but useful for patterns.

Body: Bulkhead very good. Door bottoms and window channels have some rust

Frame: very good

Very happy for you Rob! Glad to see it is going to a good home in AK!! Wish I would have owned this 40 years ago, hi hi. Now 77 and too old to work on it.
