Shocks for my '91 4Runner

I have been on the hunt for awhile now for the perfect shock for my 4Runner.

I have tried Sensa-tracs from NAPA (made by Monroe) and they are good on the street, but wear out fairly fast.

I now have Tokico Trekmasters up front, but they are more of a crawling shock.

So now I'm thinking about trying the OME's and was wondering if someone on here has tried them and what they thought of them?

My rig is mostly driven on the highway, and my offroading is mostly exploring forest service roads with the occasional trail. Should I try something different than the OME's?

Thanks,
Stephen

I've been running my OME set up for about 20K miles now. I like them and they still feel like new. :victory: I put a set on my son's 90 4Runner about year ago and he likes them too. They are not designed for Baja racing but they are great for both on road use and moderate back road four wheeling.

I'm running OME front shocks and steering stabilizer with balljoint spacers and no swaybar. I like the setup, works well on road as well as offroad, they even do decent out at the dunes.
