side-rear windows that slide......??

Guys,

Why did not Ford make the E350 side windows slide open (understanding they were not built to do so)? Does any company make sliders? And I don't like the SMB ones that only a small bottom part slides either...I would like to slide half the darn windows open....so kids and dogs can stick heads out.

I have them in my van. Put there by SMB according to previous owner. 16" tall, 42" long, and a 20" section slides forward behind the other section, so it's nearly half open. I can check for MFG info if you'd like.

I think those are too small for the std passage windows...but will check tonight
