Completely renovated Lite Craft non-cabover pop up camper and trailer.
Full Video Tour at the 4 minute mark: https://www.outsideonline.com/video/tour-renovated-diy-truck-camper-rig/
Camper was originally made for mid-sized trucks but the floor width was expanded to 48” so will now only work in full-sized & half-ton trucks with a small platform to raise it above the bedrails or flatbed midsized trucks.
My truck was too wide to work with the lift jacks I had so I used a forklift to get the camper in and out. I recommend mounting it permanently to your truck if interested. Was not super easy to load and unload unless you have access to a forklift.
47" between the wheel wells, 78" long, 15" high at the bed rails. Don’t have an exact weight but it’s probably 1250 to 1500lbs. Probably fit a 1st gen Tundra or T100 perfectly.
New insulation, new canvas, new plumbing, new electrical, new kitchen, new cabinets.
Top-of-the-line ammenities:
Dometic Cooktop
Engel Fridge (removed for now but included)
Solar & Heated Lithium Battery
10 Gallon Freshwater Tank
Small 2ish Gallon Greywater Tank below sink
Propane Furnace & Water Heater
Outdoor Shower
Interior & Exterior Lighting
Linear Actuator powered Lift for Top
That said, this is very much a DIY project and is rough around the edges. Everything works perfectly, just isn’t pretty.
Interior standing height is 67” and bed length is 75” so not recommended for someone over 6ft.
The trailer is a homemade cargo trailer with a flipped axle, new leafs and a 20 gallon water tank & camp tables up front. Does have a title and is registered.
Happy to answer any questions via email. Happy to separate if you just want the camper.
Asking $4,000 for camper & trailer but make me an offer.
Located in Santa Fe, NM.
