Small Tablet for GPS / StreetDeck : LifeBook U810

The Fujitsu LifeBook U810 looks like it could be a great in cab option. Imagine a nice ram mount and one of these guys running OziExplorer and Streetdeck. Fujitsu makes good stuff but it is tough to say how durable these guys are. Anyone looked at these?
